Once classes moved online at The Ross School of Business (University of Michigan), as a response to COVID-19, I began hosting virtual office hours for my students on Zoom. But then it dawned on me, “there are probably curious folks out there with questions about marketing, business, and careers who aren’t Ross students but could certainly benefit from these conversations.” So I decided to host Open Office Hours every Friday, and invite any and everyone. Each week, my co-host (Prof. John Branch) and I welcome a new guest to help frame the conversation and we post a link so people can “drop-in” to hangout, ask questions, join the conversation, or just listen in.
